President
Grace Ann Reynolds
Graceann Reynolds is a junior at James Madison University, pursuing a double major in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations and Modern Foreign Languages with a concentration in French, along with a minor in Legal Studies. On campus, she serves as President of the JMU Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), Director of Programming for the National Communication Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta, and is a member of the French Club.
Graceann works as an Account Executive for Bluestone Communications, JMU’s student-run PR firm. She also works as a Professor’s Assistant in the French Department and serves as an Event Manager for JMU, overseeing logistics for campus events big and small.
Originally born in the heart of Yosemite National Park, Graceann now calls Northern Virginia home. Outside of her academics, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, traveling, and, of course, never sitting down. She’s also a proud dog mom to Remy, named after her favorite movie, Ratatouille.

Vice President
Ella Alger
Ella Alger is an undergraduate double major at JMU pursuing a B.S.. Her majors include media arts and design with a concentration in creative advertising, and communication studies with a concentration in public relations. She currently serves as the Vice President of PRSSA, is an account manager for Bluestone Communications, and is an active member of Lambda Pi Eta. Outside of academics, she volunteers as a campus tour guide with the Office of Admissions.
Ella’s past roles include interning with Hollywood Agency in Boston, Massachusetts, and working as a design and marketing student assistant with the Office of Residence Life. She also studied abroad in London during the 2025 spring semester, where she studied British communication and media at University College London (UCL). Originally from Wethersfield, Connecticut, Ella enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, crafting, playing piano and exercising in her free time.

Chapter Delegate
Rebecca
Rebecca Miles is a Communications Studies and Anthropology student double major pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Public Relations. As Chapter Delegate of PRSSA and a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society at JMU, she utilizes academic excellence and leadership experience in all her endeavors. Proficient in intermediate Russian and experienced in cultural anthropology, Rebecca is able to bring a global perspective to problem-solving and strategic communication. She is committed to continuous learning and growth, eager to take on new challenges, and willing to contribute to the success of any team. Additionally, Rebecca has recently contributed to the Marketing Subcommittee for the annual Madison Leads conference, been admitted to Bluestone, JMU’s student-run public relations firm, as an Account Executive, and spent the past year serving as President of Every Campus A Refuge, where her leadership will now continue in a new capacity as Public Relations Chair. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with friends and weightlifting, which she pursues through passionate commitment to philanthropic student organizations Alpha Sigma Tau and Fitness Club.

Sofía Alfaro
Sofía Alfaro is a Communication Studies major with a concentration on Interpersonal Communication and a minor in Human Resource Development at James Madison University. Originally from Mexico City and raised in Puebla, she now calls Purcellville, Virginia, home. Sofía is passionate about communication and is deeply committed to both her academic and professional growth. At JMU, she is an active participant in numerous organizations, serving as a JMU Ambassador, vice president of Lambda Pi Eta (the Communication Honor Society), finance chair of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSSA), and an account coordinator at Bluestone Communications, a student-run PR firm.​
Beyond her studies, Sofía enjoys spending time painting, working on crafts, and volunteering at food pantries, where she connects with her community. She also cherishes time with her family, helping her parents with their small business. A lover of travel and adventure, Sofía embraces new experiences and enjoys exploring new places, always making time for meaningful connections with friends.

Director of Professional Development
Evelyn Keyser
Evelyn Keyser is currently pursuing a degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Generalist Communication and a minor in Human Resource Development at James Madison University. A proud native of Page County, Virginia, she considers Harrisonburg a second home. Evelyn commutes from her hometown daily to attend classes, allowing her to maintain strong connections to both her local community and university life.
She thrives on staying active and engaged, both academically and professionally. On campus, Evelyn serves as the Director of Professional Development for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSSA), where she supports members in developing skills for their future careers. Beyond the classroom, she juggles multiple roles—working as an assistant soccer coach, a Marketing & Advertising Associate at White Wolf Communication, and a full-time employee at a small business in her hometown.
Despite her packed schedule, Evelyn wouldn’t have it any other way. She enjoys being busy and taking on a variety of responsibilities. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and seeking out exciting experiences. Her dedication to personal growth and professional development drives her to embrace every opportunity that comes her way.

Jennifer Gamez is a first-generation student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Creative Writing at James Madison University. Originally from Leesburg, Virginia, she now considers Harrisonburg her second home.Jennifer discovered her passion for public relations in high school and has since dedicated herself to academic and professional growth in the field. She is thrilled to serve as the Director of Organizational Communications for JMU’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and is also an active member of the JMU Latinx Student Association (LSA).Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Jennifer enjoys creating social media content, reviewing films on Letterboxd, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with loved ones.
